Impact: We are performing a required upgrade of our systems. During this two-hour maintenance window, DailyPay functionality will be unavailable.
Access to your DailyPay Balance will be temporarily paused while we complete system maintenance. This will not affect any upcoming payday. We hope to get things back online as soon as possible and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Expected User Experience: Users attempting to access DailyPay applications will encounter an unavailable state, including the inability to view or request their DailyPay Balance.
Service Restoration: All services will be brought back online immediately following the successful completion of the upgrade. We appreciate your patience as we complete the scheduled maintenance.
